Roaming Thread was founded in Melbourne in 2026 by Yasmine Abdo.
Yasmine started the business to make personalisation feel like an occasion. Rather than ordering a personalised product and waiting for it to arrive, people choose their own details and watch their piece being made in front of them.
The name reflects how we work. We take the embroidery to the people, whether that is a shop floor, a launch event or a celebration at home.
Today most of our work is for brands and the agencies that run their activations, including Tommy Hilfiger, Endota and Erin LeCount’s Australian tour.
