Roaming Thread provides live embroidery experiences, personalised products and event-based services. Due to the custom nature of our offerings, all personalised orders and confirmed bookings are final.

Event bookings are only secured once confirmed in writing and any required deposit or payment has been received. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including dates, guest numbers, timings and personalisation preferences. 

Roaming Thread is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client. We reserve the right to decline or refuse embroidery requests that are considered inappropriate, offensive or outside the scope of our services. All website content, branding, imagery and designs remain the intellectual property of Roaming Thread and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Roaming Thread reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
