Shipping & Returns

Roaming Thread thoughtfully prepares and personalises each piece with care and intention. Due to the custom nature of our embroidery services and personalised products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind on customised items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at hello@roamingthread.com.au, including your order number and photographs of the issue. Each enquiry will be reviewed individually and we will work towards an appropriate resolution where applicable.

For live embroidery experiences and event bookings, all deposits and confirmed bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on product customisation, event schedules and delivery locations. Roaming Thread is not responsible for shipping delays once parcels have been dispatched.
